An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled the order.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed or dispatched, subject to applicable law.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping methods, available destinations, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed during checkout or explained in the Shipping Policy.

All processing and delivery periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

If an order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or another available resolution.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Sparksdalunch. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Sparksdalunch and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, providing customer support, or resolving product-related claims.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, refund claims, delivery issues, or other disputes arising from products purchased directly from Sparksdalunch.
